Fruit & Vegetable Shake
60 ml (2 oz) - 125 ml (4 oz) water
2 carrots
1 celery stick with leaves
1 apple diced (remove skin optional)
1 serving of vanilla or plain protein powder
Process vegetables and fruit through a juicer. Then place ingredients in a shaker or blend and add protein powder. Shake or blend, serve and enjoy.
Fruit Fizz
185 ml (6 oz) orange juice
125 ml (4 oz) sparkling mineral water
1 banana
3 tablespoons strawberry yoghurt
1 serving of vanilla or plain protein powder
Place juice, lemonade, fruit and yoghurt in the blender and blend thoroughly. Add protein powder and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
Fruit Slush
185 ml (6 oz) apricot nectar
60 ml (2 oz) aloe vera juice or water
½ banana
4-6 ice cubes
1 serving of vanilla or plain protein powder

Get Up & Go Smoothie
250 ml (8 oz) milk of your choice
3 prunes
2 tablespoons oat bran
1 serving of chocolate protein powder

Hazelnut Delight Smoothie
250 ml (8 oz) milk of your choice
2 tablespoons plain or vanilla yoghurt
1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts
4 ice cubes (optional)

Place milk, yoghurt, hazelnuts and ice cubes in the blender and blend thoroughly. Add protein powder and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.

2 slices mango or rock melon (cantaloupe)

Ice Mocha
250 ml (8 oz) milk of your choice

1 cup mango, diced
