Fitness Blender was created by a husband and wife team. I like their motto, “We believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, everywhere, regardless of income level or access to a gym”, which is what we believe as well.
They offer a vast range of free and paid workout programs on their website, such as fat-burning, strength training, total body workouts, stretching exercises, yoga and more.
In addition, there are hundreds of free workout videos on their YouTube channel, from the beginner to the advanced level.

If you enjoy doing HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts, then The Body Coach has over 250 quality workout videos on his YouTube channel. Joe has a variety of 10 to 30 minute HIIT workouts that are engaging and energetic.
The Body Coach also has workout videos for the elderly and a new range of P.E workout style videos designed for kids.
Athlean-X
Athlean-X is one of my favourite fitness Youtube channels. FounderJeff Cavaliere is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and probably one of the most respected physical therapists on YouTube. Jeff has a wealth of knowledge regarding biomechanics and muscle anatomy.
His YouTube channel has a huge selection of free videos, including workouts, exercise correction, nutrition and supplement advice, and more.

Athlean-XX for Women
Athlean-XX for Women also has a large selection of free workout videos. Not only does this channel have a wide variety of workout videos for women, but they also have plenty of helpful nutrition videos.

The Ready State, previously called Mobility WOD (workout of the day), is an online resource focusing on mobility exercises that help you move better.
Created by Dr Kelly Starrett, a mobility expert who provides highly effective exercises and techniques to help improve movement and range of motion. His YouTube channel offers over 300 hundred videos to help you move better. So, if you want to be more ready… Check out The Ready State.
Darebee
Darebee is a resource with over 1000 illustrated free online workouts. It’s an independent non-profit online fitness resource run and maintained by a group of volunteers and fitness professionals. They also have a dedicated youtube channel full of free workout videos.

Craig also has a lot of educational videos that cover all aspects of how to live a healthy, active life.
Zuzka Light
Zuzka is a health and fitness coach and a movement and mobility specialist well known for her short, intense workouts using bodyweight exercises and minimum equipment. She was one of the pioneers of free online workout videos with her first company BodyRockTV.
Her YouTube channel has a few hundred workout videos for beginners and more advanced fitness enthusiasts.
Scott Herman Fitness
Scott is a fitness model and CEO of MuscularStrength.com. He was one of the first people I started following after becoming a personal trainer.
